Allergan, most known for Botox, is one of the oldest pharma companies in the US. Since we're midsize at about 5000 employees, our projects move fast and with little bureaucracy. I work in R&D New Drug Development and the atmosphere is great. Our scientists aren't terribly nerdy and the m/f ratio is 1:1. Everyone says hi as they pass each other in the hall, a rarity for a company so large. Every friday we have a nice 2 hour lunch to end the work week.

Allergan has a huge 28 acre campus comprised of 5 main buildings, 2 of which are HR/Sales/Marketing, 2 are R&D and 1 manufacturing. We have a gym, tennis court, basketball court, and a full track with soccer, football and baseball fields.
