I worked there for a while and I too was excited about the stock possibility. The CEO owns over 90% of the stock, so really all the "employee owned/open communication" stuff is complete and total BS. Also, I don't think any of them are evil or horrible, I just think they're really stupid. The CEO is a douche and has a minions who are obsessed with working out...to the point where they have no personality. It is funny to look back, but they do owe me money. I don't want any extra money from them, I just want what I am owed. Instead, all I get is promises of big things to come. They take care of keeping the business running and only pay when they have to pay. The CEO took several staff members to Europe last summer...pay your bills first. It's common business sense. But like I said, they are just really dumb.

Don't forget that they are also racist, sexist, and ageist.
