The Job is for a big company and has that big company attitude, however it has also been around for 100 years and thus has a lot of dead wood. My observations about working in IT is there are a lot of chiefs and few indians. I like my immediate supervision, and the people I work with, and the new technology. I realy dislike the hypocrisy, the upper management disconnect of what is takes to do our work, and the personal cost of our medical benefits.
