I was recently contacted by a Real Soft recruiter, and have to say it was a breath of fresh air. Many of the recruiters I've dealt with in the past were extremely pushy and impatient. My recruiter at Real Soft treated me like a human, and not just a resume - and really took the time to explain the job and answer any questions I had. I received timely feedback, and actually have an interview scheduled for later in the week

This has been one of the most fulfilling jobs I've had. I have been given all of the resources necessary to succeed. Management encourages professional and personal growth, and has helped me to grow within my position.
The communication within Real Soft is something I am extremely satisfied with. Knowledge flows freely and easily between all members of the staff - from administrators all the way up to senior management.
