McAfee

For sometime my job was good at McAfee. I learnt a lot and contributed a lot. But then organization changes kicked in.

I got a new boss who was a good guy. But he would not make any eye contact with me for some reason. It would be strange to see how he would go the extra mile to avoid eye contact with me. At that time I had been working on something really hard and more like 14 hours X 7 days for weeks. I had to put in too much of extra effort as more and more work was dumped on me by my boss. [This was not a choice. I had been told to "come in the weekends, Saturdays and Sundays until I finish off the work"].

In the end he got replaced by the biggest bast**d I have every met in my life. This new manager acts cool and smiles a lot but at the end of the day he is just another pain in the a**. During focals, not only did I not receive any appreciation from him for my work the sob actually had the nerve to criticize everything I had done. When I confronted him about these criticisms he said "I'm not criticising, these are all good points". How would you feel if someone stuck a blade in your skin and told you he's giving you candy? Its just oil on fire.

In the end I have been left emotionally scarred and just cannot do my work properly anymore. For everything I do there is a constant fear of being criticized or humiliated. The bast**d has created such a bad event for me that the whole time outside office is spent in dealing with the pain and stress accumulated due to this sob at work.
