Great place to work, in any department. As an intern you receive projects that are significant to the company's success. Your work is treated as real work, not a silly assignment. Also, senior employees are very friendly and helpful. Many enjoy being mentors. There are cubicles, but most people move around frequently to help each other and the place is pretty lively (not too loud where it's too hard to get work done). It's also nice that you can move between your cubicle and the lab at will. Interns have much independance, and are expected to take responsibility upon themselves to complete their tasks. Loved how they trusted us to do our work, and also treated as engineers, rather than students. Again great place to work and the best internship I've ever had.
