The company previously owned both Simpli and RocketCash. In March 2005, United Online purchased Photosite from Homestead Technologies. In April 2006, United Online purchased San Francisco-based shopping rewards program MyPoints.com for $56 million. The current (2007) chairman, president, and CEO of United Online is Mark Goldston. |
